I had a wonderful stay at Bun Kao. Mr Kao, the host, was incredibly polite and caring. The guesthouse has two lovely terraces with hammocks, perfect for resting. It's located in a peaceful area. Free drinking water and a nice breakfast are provided. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets and towels. I highly recommend the tuk-tuk driver, Mr Dee, organized by the reception. He was warmhearted, friendly, and knowledgeable about Cambodia's history and the Angkor temples. He even took me to a local market to try Khmer dishes.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

bun kao guesthouse felt like home from the moment I arrived. The owners were so lovely and went above and beyond, even providing me with a packed lunch for breakfast. The location was perfect, with a quiet street but still within walking distance to the center. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shared balcony added to the perfect atmosphere.
